🧮 BEST PIECE OF ADVICE
Fall in love with the process, not the numbers. If you do the process well the numbers take care of themselves.
☎️ BEST COLD CALL
My best cold call was with a prospect that had been using a competitor for 10+ years. After reading the previous call notes everyone who had called him had been hung up on. I added some additional personalization to my intro and we ended up talking for about 30 minutes. I was able to gather a lot of valuable information and found an opportunity where we’d be able to work together.
👛 BEST SOCIAL SELLING TIP
One of the most powerful prospecting tips for #SocialSelling is leveraging your relationships. I’ve booked a lot of meetings by simply asking my connections for a warm intro.
🛹 YOUR FIRST JOB
My first job ever was at a skate shop in Wisconsin Dells called Elements. I landed the job because of the relationship I built with the store owner from being a frequent customer.
🧡 WHAT YOU LIKED MOST
My favorite part of the job was getting to work with customers to build their custom skateboards. I enjoyed educating customers on the different products.
🧑🔧 COLLABORATION WITH OPS
Although we don’t have a traditional Ops team at Pause, we are working hard to build out processes. Leveraging customer feedback has been a vital part of building out an effective framework.
